A leading missile systems provider in Stevenage is seeking experienced Principal Mechanical Design Engineers to join their team. This role involves working on bespoke test equipment solutions throughout the product lifecycle. Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and experience in design development. The position offers a hybrid work model, a salary of up to £55,000, and various employee benefits, including bonuses and flexible working options.
Due to increased workload, we are looking for experienced Principal Mechanical Design Engineers to work in all areas of the Product Life Cycles with the drive and enthusiasm to join Europe's leading missile systems provider, developing and designing Test Equipment solutions for the next generation of weapons.
Job Title: Principal Mechanical Design Engineers - Test Equipment
Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on Experience
Location: Stevenage (We may be able to offer a relocation package for this role)
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
