Experience working with children is essential for these roles but we are open to applicants with experience in other childcare settings.

Your role as a Primary Teaching Assistant is pivotal to the overall success of the school and children's progress. For the strongest educators, these roles often lead to permanent recruitment.

About the Role
  • Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support in the classroom
  • Helping children feel safe, included, and ready to learn
  • Working closely with teachers, SENDCos and external professionals to support progress

  • A calm, patient and caring approach
  • Experience with SEN is great - but not essential
