Primary School Teacher – Ramsbottom

Location: Ramsbottom, Greater Manchester

Salary: £120-£150 per day (PAYE or Umbrella)

Contract: Full‑time, Temporary or Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high‑quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs of learners across the ability range.
• Assess, record, and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for support or extension.
• Create a stimulating, well‑organised, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes independence and enthusiasm for learning.
• Establish strong behaviour management routines that support a calm and purposeful learning atmosphere.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders to contribute to whole‑school development.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers, building positive relationships that support pupil well‑being and academic progress.
• Participate in staff meetings, CPD training, planning sessions, and wider school activities where required.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
