Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic committed professional to join us as a Primary Teacher. The successful candidate will:

• Plan and teach lessons, working with small groups and individual students for all core subjects.
• Prepare teaching materials, take registers and write reports.
• Help students develop confidence, independence and encourage them to learn.
• Manage behaviour, mark work and talk to parents and carers about their children's progress.
• Demonstrate a committed and passionate view of students with SEND.
• Have at least two years' experience working in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision.
• Hold QTS/QTLS (advantageous).

About the Organisation

We are currently looking for a passionate, creative, and pro‑active Speech and Language Therapist to work within Somerset Progressive School. This is a flexible position working closely with our school community. This role will involve working at two different sites, therefore a driving licence and access to a vehicle will be essential.
