A national education provider is seeking an experienced primary teacher specializing in teaching pupils with SEND for a permanent full-time position in Loughborough, Leicester. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality teaching and collaborate with staff and professionals to support pupil progress. A relevant UK-based teaching qualification and significant experience with SEND are required. Salary ranges from £35,000 to £45,000, negotiable.
We are seeking an experienced primary teacher who specialises in teaching pupils with SEND for a permanent full-time position in Loughborough, Leicester. The start date is available from September or October 2025.
Permanent, full-time post at a small alternative provision school with places for up to 36 students. The site typically caters for pupils aged 7-17 with SEND requirements such as SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties. A tour of the site and an informal meeting with the Regional Executive Director can be arranged.
This site is part of a national trust focused on supporting children with complex behaviours and needs. Their pupils have experienced trauma and adverse childhood experiences, and they work closely with them to develop self-belief to become effective learners. Shortlisted candidates will have a one-to-one interview with their dedicated consultant to discuss experience and personal requirements. You will be provided with advice and guidance in relation to your requirements that respects home and work life balance. You will work with your consultant throughout your registration journey and beyond, with direct access on a one-to-one basis.

Salary: Typically ranges from £35,000 to £45,000 (negotiable)
