Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Primary Care Staff Nurse within our Community Treatment Care (CTAC) service based in General Practices within North Health and Social Care Partnership working as part of an integrated nursing team model and wider General Practice multidisciplinary team.

What you will do

The post holder will be responsible and accountable for the assessment and delivery of quality person centred nursing care and defined nursing interventions, primarily in a Community and Treatment Room Setting, to a cluster population and the wider locality.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job

Experience is not essential as learning required to fulfil the responsibilities of the post is supported by Ayrshire Graduate Nurse development programme. We welcome applicants who are both Newly Qualified and Nurse Registrants interested in a career in Primary/Community Care.

Hours

37 hours per week working Monday to Friday 08.30-17.00
