Job summary

A global Printing and Media company is seeking a candidate to manage high volumes of InDesign mechanicals, update images, and output PDFs for approval. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires creativity, problem-solving skills, and flexibility to adapt to changing project needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage high volumes of InDesign mechanicals and update with color corrected images.
• Understanding of print processes, printers, lamination, and profile cutting is preferred.

• Manage high volumes of InDesign mechanicals and output PDFs for approval.
• Work with large volumes of images and meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain consistency across multiple images and perform quality checks.

Job Description

The candidate must have the ability to manage high volumes of InDesign mechanicals, update with color corrected images and output PDFs for approval. Accuracy under pressure is a must. Have an understanding of project overview and know what files come in, are awaiting and approved for print. Have an understanding of print, printers, lamination and profile cutting is preferred but if not, must have the willingness ability to learn.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency color, color correction and retouching in Adobe Photoshop
• Experience using Adobe Indesign and Adobe Illustrator
• Understanding of file formats, resolution, and color spaces for various mediums
• Ability to work with large volumes of images and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple images
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Creativity and ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
