Premium Bars Manager - Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

£42,000 per annum + benefits including healthcare, meals on duty, life assurance, and more.

We are looking for a Premium Bars Manager to oversee multiple first-class bar areas at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. You'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of exceptional guest experiences during events and functions hosted at the venue. This is an opportunity to play a key role in coordinating and optimising the beverage operation to meet and exceed guest expectations at world-class events.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring top-notch bar service and attention to detail
  • Developing comprehensive bar management plans, ensuring SOPs, planograms, recipes, specs, costings are all prepared in advance of the event
  • Collaborating with other premium hospitality management teams to create innovative and consistent food & beverage experience at events
  • Delivering exceptional service and delivery standards - high-quality products, always served perfectly
  • Briefing and coordinating bar teams in line with service expectations and event timelines
  • Monitoring and improving bar and team performance including inspiring and training teams
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, implementing best practices to enhance Levy hospitality services
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar Bar Manager role within the hospitality or events industry
  • Strong leadership skills - creating an inspiring, diverse, and collaborative bar team environment!
  • Exceptional organisational, project management, and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, staff, and external stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of budget management, cost control, and financial reporting related to hospitality operations
  • A positive and decisive mindset with the ability to work calmly under pressure
  • WSET Level 2 is a bonus!
