A healthcare facility in central London is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Practice Nurse to support their primary care team. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care, focusing on chronic disease management, wound care, and immunisations. Ideal candidates should be qualified nurses with experience in general practice and possess skills in managing diabetes. This position requires 16 hours over 2 selected days, offering the chance to join an experienced team in a welcoming environment.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Practice Nurse to support our practice team in delivering primary care service to our diverse patient population.
You will be working with a varied patient demographic and an experienced Multi-disciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the core competencies of practice nursing including wound care, child immunisation, independent and proactive chronic disease management (in particular diabetes) and cervical cytology. In addition, experience of management responsibilities would be beneficial, as there will be scope for the successful applicant to take on additional individual organisational and management responsibilities.
This is a unique chance to join a successful and forward thinking surgery of 7000 patients close to Hyde park with several stations within close proximity. The surgery is an easy walk from Queensway, Paddington and Lancaster Gate Tube stations.
