Neway International are seeking a Practice Model Officer to join our client based with Birmingham Children’s Trust.
Location: One Avenue
Hours: 35 per week, Monday–Friday, 08:45–17:15
Pay Rate: £24.52 PAYE / £33.30 Umbrella
Birmingham Children’s Trust is dedicated to improving outcomes for children, young people and families across the city. Their bespoke practice model, Connections Count, underpins all aspects of their work — from direct practice to leadership, culture and organisational development. This short‑term assignment supports a key project focused on embedding and strengthening the model across the Trust.
As a Practice Model Officer, you will play a central role in supporting the implementation, delivery and ongoing development of the Connections Count practice model. You will design and deliver high‑quality learning, champion trauma‑informed and relationship‑based practice, and support staff through reflective practice and continuous improvement.
This role requires a confident facilitator with strong knowledge of trauma‑informed approaches, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and professional groups.
