As a Practice Governance Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting the Division by promoting best practices, facilitating the implementation of learning from patient safety incidents, and ensuring robust quality assurance processes are in place to drive continuous improvement. Your efforts will help ensure team compliance with established standards and alignment with Organisational Policies and procedures. You must hold a full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
