Are you a passionate PR Account Manager ready to lead, inspire, and make your mark in the world of B2B tech? We're looking for someone who thrives on variety, brings energy to every challenge, and loves turning complex tech stories into compelling narratives. At one of the UK's top B2B marketing agencies, you'll take the reins on a portfolio of innovative IT and tech clients, working at the heart of a fully integrated team.

In this role, you'll be the go to contact for your clients, building trusted relationships, delivering smart consultancy, and leading creative PR programmes that get results. You'll partner with an Account Director and lead two Account Executives, guiding the team to deliver impactful campaigns across earned, owned, and shared channels. Plus, with access to experts in strategy, creative, digital, paid media, and beyond, you'll constantly learn, collaborate, and push boundaries.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of standout PR campaigns for a portfolio of fast-moving B2B tech brands
  • Inspire and coordinate a team of Account Executives to deliver excellence across all client programmes
  • Work closely with Account Directors to shape bold, effective, and insight-driven PR and influencer strategies
  • Create and implement hands-on PR and social media plans that align with clear client goals
  • Build strong media and influencer relationships to land impactful coverage and build brand reputation
  • Define and track success with smart measurement models that prove ROI and value
  • Write, edit, and oversee a range of high-quality content, from press releases and blogs to award entries and case studies
  • Lead client meetings and team updates with confidence, insight, and ideas
  • Act as the day-to-day lead for clients, offering expert consultancy and proactive communication
  • Cultivate strong relationships across the agency and industry, from clients to journalists
  • Stay on top of news and trends, bringing fresh thinking and timely ideas to the table
  • Champion continuous improvement, helping clients and team members grow with every campaign
Qualifications
  • Proven B2B agency experience in a similar PR Account Manager role
  • Strong and adaptable copywriting skills, with a knack for turning tech into great stories
  • Genuine interest in the media landscape and current affairs
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to shape and deliver smart, integrated comms plans
  • Self-starter mentality-proactive, personable, and full of positive energy
  • Clear and confident communicator, both in writing and in person
  • Natural team leader and relationship builder, with the ability to mentor and motivate
  • Highly organised and dependable, with strong planning and project management skills
  • Bonus: Understanding or experience of multi-channel campaigns and content marketing disciplines
