A leading scheduling company in Newton-le-Willows is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations. You will streamline processes, manage subcontractor communications, and ensure compliance with PPM labor scheduling. Based at our office in Newton-Le-Willows, our Scheduling team play a key role in ensuring we are able to deliver against contractual SLAs, allowing us to delight our clients and grow key relationships. We now have a rare opportunity available to join this wonderful team of superstars!
The role comprises of supporting the Management of the day-to-day scheduling for the operational teams, including identifying PPMs due in future months, allocating the correct engineer with the right skillset for the job and chasing that job through to completion ensuring the correct paperwork is uploaded to keep us and clients 100% compliant.
You will also support the scheduling and CRT by monitoring and updating all PPM jobs on the third party CAFM systems, taking data, ETAs and documents from our CAFM system and uploading it into Elogbooks. Chasing overdue maintenance visits with our specialist supply chain to gather certificates and uploading paperwork/certification into our CAFM system and clients third party systems where required. The role will support with any ad-hoc administration tasks required by either the scheduling or CRT teams.
Core Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm
