Working within the Specialist Support Team, you will support the PBS Lead in implementing a modern, organisation-wide approach to designing and delivering new support models. You will take the lead in assessing and implementing effective, person-centred interventions for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
This role is highly collaborative. You will work closely with families, support teams and external professionals, ensuring an effective “team around the person” approach. The focus will be on improving quality of life, reducing restrictive practices, and maximising opportunities for people to play meaningful roles in their communities.

This role is ideal for a passionate PBS practitioner who values the chance to have a long-term impact by working with colleagues to develop their practice over time. There will be opportunities for development in specific areas of interest such as active support and trauma informed practice. This role is especially suited to those working towards their UKSBA competencies.
