Plumber /Bathroom fitter

Southampton/Portsmouth

Pay: Up to £37,800 per annum + Company Van Hours

Permanent, Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm)

The Opportunity:

Are you a skilled and customer-focused plumber looking to make a real difference in people's homes? We're looking for an experienced Plumber to join our team. This is a rewarding, full-time, permanent role ,Property Services, supporting local residents through high-quality repairs and maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a variety of plumbing tasks including repairs to pipework, taps, toilets, hot water systems, and drainage.

Respond to both emergency callouts and routine maintenance jobs within occupied homes.

Diagnose plumbing faults and determine effective, long-lasting repair solutions.

Ensure all work is completed in line with safety regulations, industry standards, and contract requirements.

Use PDA or mobile devices to accurately log job details and completion notes.

Deliver excellent customer service when liaising with residents.

Collaborate with other members of the repairs and maintenance team as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Plumbing.

CSCS Blue Card (ideally).

Demonstrable experience in domestic plumbing - preferably in social housing or responsive maintenance settings.

Good working knowledge of plumbing regulations and health & safety standards.

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability.

Clear communication and customer service skills.

Full UK driving licence (essential).
