Weve got a fantastic opportunity for a skilled plumber to join our team at Atlas Workplace Services based at the prestigious University of London campus.

This is a static role working as part of a close-knit team of around 20 engineers delivering both reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across the site. Youll report directly to the M&E Manager and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of building services.

What you’ll be doing

• Carrying out plumbing tasks across the campus including PPM and minor works
• Supporting the wider engineering team with technical advice and guidance
• Ensuring safe and efficient delivery of services including those from our service partners
• Keeping stakeholders informed with regular updates and feedback
• Using the Maximo system via tablet to log work and manage tasks
• Quoting for minor works and ensuring best value for the client
• Building strong relationships with colleagues clients and subcontractors
• Participating in the out-of-hours call-out rota when required

About You

What we’re looking for

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of building services plant and HVAC systems
• Experience using CAFM systems (e.g. Maximo) on smartphones
• A motivated team-oriented individual with a proactive attitude
• Ability to manage priorities and adapt to changing business needs

Qualifications & Experience

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
• 1 years in a customer-facing outsourcing environment
• 2 years working across multi-site or multi-discipline service delivery
