Job description

Fraser Edwards are currently working with a well-established construction contractor, trading for over 50 years, providing building and maintenance services to private and public sector clients nationwide.

Due to continued growth, our client is recruiting for a skilled Plasterer/ Multi Trade Operative to join their team, working across the Huntingdon, Lincoln and Cottesmore areas. The role will involve carrying out a variety of plastering tasks alongside general maintenance duties in both void and tenanted properties.

The Job

• The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Skimming, float & set, patch plastering, and rendering to a high standard
• Making good after other trades and preparing surfaces for decoration
• Minor associated works including sealing, silicone, and small tiling repairs
• Basic carpentry or plumbing tasks when required (multi-trade support)
• Snagging and ensuring all works are completed to specification
• Logging works via PDA
• Liaising professionally with tenants, clients, and internal staff
• Participating in the callout rota when required

Candidate Requirements

• Full UK driver's licence
• 5+ years' experience as a Plasterer or Plasterer Multi (domestic/social housing experience desirable)
• Skilled in skimming, patch repairs, rendering, and making good
• Ability to undertake minor multi-trade works when required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills

Working Hours

• Monday - Friday
• 40 hours per week
• Lunch break included

Pay: £32,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
