You will create and maintain staff rosters using specialist planning software, ensuring all shifts are covered effectively. About the Role

Are you detail-oriented, highly organised, and ready to keep complex operations running seamlessly?
Join our ICTS Central Planning Team and play a crucial role in ensuring UK airports and corporate contracts are fully staffed every single day.

Using our specialist planning software, you’ll be the essential link between operational schedules and the teams on the ground, making sure every shift is covered and every operation runs without a hitch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Roster & Plan: Create, manage, and execute staff rosters using our scheduling platform.
  • Build & Maintain Schedules: Produce accurate monthly rotas for UK airport and corporate contracts.
  • Solve Problems in Real Time: React quickly to coverage gaps adjusting schedules for sickness, leave, or operational changes.
  • Plan Ahead: Gather operational schedules from contract and station managers, forecast shifts, and secure 100% coverage before deadlines.
  • Keep Accurate Records: Submit weekly coverage reports, exception summaries, and rota confirmations.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the Data & Planning Manager to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Follow Best Practice: Use shared templates, consistent naming conventions, and agreed planning processes across all contracts.
  • Use Technology Effectively: Update the scheduling platform daily and export weekly backup data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
