About The Role

In this role, youll be instrumental in supporting the team by optimising daily schedules, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Youll act as a key point of contact for engineers and team managers, helping resolve issues and drive operational efficiency.
Reporting & Collaboration
Youll report directly to the Resource Planning Manager and work closely with internal teams. Strong communication skills are essential, especially when handling queries from engineers, managers, and occasionally dissatisfied customerswith professionalism and empathy.
