ARC Recruitment is seeking an experienced and reliable Picker & Packer for a full-time position in Norwich.

The Role

We are looking for a Picker & Packer to join a leading group in the stationery, print, and greeting cards sector.

This is a full-time role, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

The main responsibilities include:

• Accurate Picking: Efficiently and accurately selecting products from a wide range of stock.
• Secure Packing: Ensuring all items are securely and neatly packed for dispatch.
• Quality Control: Verifying that the contents of each order are correct before they are sent out.

The work is located just a short walk from the Norwich city centre, making it easily accessible for a local commute.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar picking and packing role. You should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled with precision.
