Physical Health Nurse Up to.5 Hours per week Monday-Friday

As a Physical Health Nurse within a specialist inpatient mental health unit you’ll be the steady clinical anchor for young. If you thrive in environments where your compassion and clinical skills matter this role is made for you.

You’ll be the driving force behind each patient’s physical wellbeing guiding their care with confidence and heart. This is a predominantly Monday‑Friday position (37.5 hours per week) offering structure while still giving you the satisfaction of being hands‑on with varied clinical needs. What You’ll Bring
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with active NMC registration.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work closely with the management team, GPs and speech & language therapists to coordinate seamless holistic care.
  • Carry out NG feeding and phlebotomy with confidence and accuracy.
  • Monitor ongoing physical health needs, identifying risks and supporting early interventions.
  • Contribute to a warm stabilising and supportive clinical environment that helps young people feel safe.
