A leading health service provider in Stoke-on-Trent is recruiting a Pharmacy Production Officer. This full-time role involves preparing critical healthcare products, including anti-cancer therapies in a controlled environment, and requires good manual dexterity. Candidates will undergo in-house training and must adhere to standard operating procedures.
As part of our manufacturing team, you will be expected to prepare products, including systemic anti-cancer therapies and intravenous nutrition. This will involve working in a controlled environment and wearing protective garments and shoes. The post holder will be expected to understand and follow standard operating procedures and have good manual dexterity. Following in-house training, the post holder will undertake in-process, pre-process, and final release of products.

We are recruiting a Pharmacy Production Officer, Technical Services, Band 4/5 depending on experience. The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week), with part-time considered. The department, based at Royal Stoke University Hospital, supplies aseptic, chemotherapy, and pre-packaged products to the Trust and external clients, continually striving to improve patient care and customer satisfaction.
