About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must pass an enhanced safeguarding check.

Our stores operate 24/7, offering a variety of shift patterns. Flexibility with shifts, including weekends, is required. We aim to work with your preferred shifts where possible.

Our in-store pharmacies are popular with customers, who expect warmth, friendliness, and confidence from staff discussing personal health issues. Responsibilities include assembling and processing prescriptions, promoting pharmacy services, supporting patient services, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.

We will support your development through accredited courses to become a qualified Medicine Counter Assistant within 6 months, progressing to training as a Dispensing Assistant, advancing your career in pharmacy services.

About You

You are friendly, organized, and eager to work with your team. You have good computer skills, attention to detail, and communicate effectively with customers. You enjoy problem-solving, helping people, and providing excellent healthcare experiences. A pre-existing dispensing qualification is preferred but not required.
