An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Pharmacist to work at Rivers Hospital. In this role you will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Clinical service to wards
  • Stock control
  • Procurement
  • Patient counselling
  • Medicines management for the hospital
  • Adherence to medicines management policies and procedures and other associated pharmaceutical duties
