Personal Tax Manager – Congleton, Cheshire

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000

Our client, a leading independent firm in Congleton, is actively looking to strengthen their tax department with the addition of a Personal Tax Senior or Manager.

Responsibilities

• Report to the partners and manage a diverse portfolio of clients including HNWIs, company directors and sole traders.
• Ensure all compliance work is completed accurately and efficiently through the preparation and review of personal tax computations and returns.
• Gain exposure to advisory and tax planning work and assist on a wide range of capital gains tax issues.
• Play a pivotal role in strengthening and shaping the growing tax team.

Qualifications

• ACCA qualified, ATT or CTA qualified.
• Strong personal tax background with sound compliance knowledge and the ability to provide relevant tax advice.
