A well-established claimant practice based in Cheshire is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to handle a high-quality caseload of PI and credit hire litigation. You will manage a mix of OIC, fast track and multi-track matters, prepare cases for trial, negotiate settlements and run litigated credit hire files. Candidate Profile / Experience Needed

• Qualified Solicitor
• 2+ years’ civil litigation experience
• Experience in personal injury and/or credit hire / motor claims preferred
• Confident handling OIC matters, Part 18 requests, Part 36 offers, disclosure and trial preparation
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing positive outcomes
• Good understanding of court processes, fast track/multi-track work and telephone hearings
• Client-focused, commercially aware and motivated to achieve results
