One of Scotland's rapidly growing commercial practices is determined to hire a Personal Injury paralegal to join its team in Edinburghon a full-time, permanent basis.

This firm as tripled in size overthe last 10 years and is currently one of the highest ranked pursuer firms in the country.

The Role

You will be joining a team that is passionate about assisting people and their families who have gone through traumatic experiences.

The firm will ask you to secure compensation and guide its clients through these tough situations in relation to historical abuse and injury caused by crimes of violence/harassment.

This is going to be aclient focused position where you'll handle a smaller complex caseload, and no two days are likely to be the same.

What you'll Need to be Successful

  • Do you have previous experience in handling a caseload of personal injury files at pre-litigation/litigation level?
  • Due to the nature of the specialism, can you provide clients with care, sensitivity and empathy?
  • Are you seeking to make a real difference in a client facing role?
  • The firm is looking for somebody who can come in and hit the ground running with 3 or 4 years paralegal experience
