Job summary

A community-based organization is seeking a part-time Personal Development Mentor in Tonbridge. This role involves supporting and teaching small groups of young people aged 16-19 to prepare them for adulthood. We are seeking a Personal Development Mentor to join our small but very friendly Post-16 SEN Education & Training Provision in Tonbridge. This is a part-time role, 4 mornings per week, term-time only. The ideal candidate will have experience working with this age group, be well-organised, and have a good working knowledge of how SEND affects young people. Responsibilities include working with small groups of young people aged 16-19, teaching subjects and skills to prepare them for adulthood. This is a rewarding role within a supportive team.
