A leading educational provider in Coventry is seeking a Personal Development and Wellbeing Coach to support learners in achieving their goals and overcoming challenges. Contract Type: Full-Time – Term Time Only – 38-weeks
Hours per Week: 37 per week
Salary: £22,730 - £24,120 per annum - £26,850 - £28,491 FTE (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Coventry College is seeking to appoint a Personal Development & Wellbeing Coach. The role is to offer a range of holistic support for learners and to act as mentor to students who find it difficult to sustain regular attendance and fall below the agreed College attendance levels. You will enable and support learners to overcome barriers to progress and succeed.
