Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist with mobility and transferring clients safely.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to promote well-being.
  • Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Personal Care Aide or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Compassionate, kind, and patient demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans.
  • Reliability and punctuality in attendance.
  • Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation are needed.
  • Current proof of immunizations and negative TB test.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a care team.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, especially in professional settings.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm, professional attitude.
Shifts

Shifts available: Part-Time, Tuesdays & Thursdays 9A-2P

Compensation

Compensation: $18-$20 per hour (depending on experience)
