Job description

We are seeking a reliable and caring PA to support our 4-year‑old son with personal care, clinical tasks and meaningful play. As a busy sociable household, we spend lots of time with family and friends. The role will be based in our home, but travel would be required to Crawley on occasions to support with visits to see relatives. The right candidate must be comfortable fitting in with our family and friends.

Our son would respond well to someone bubbly, chatty and active, making play experiences fun and engaging. Having a child‑centred approach is essential.

Duties include:
  • Medication prompting and administering
  • Personal grooming
  • Moving and handling
  • Clinical tasks
  • Other relevant duties as required
  • Companionship
  • Dressing and undressing
  • Bathroom assistance
  • Work with our son on meaningful play activities (e.g. singing, music, playing alongside him with his toys)
  • PEG feeding support
Qualifications and qualities:

Additional requirements:
