Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and cutting-edge wellness brand, currently one of the fastest-growing in the UK, trusted by numerous elite athletes and discerning customers. They have expanded quickly, and have big plans, so need a proactive, empathetic and highly organised Personal Assistant to work alongside the two founders – bridging the gap between business and personal support.

The successful candidate will have a passion for wellness, performance and growth, and must be exceptionally organised – understanding how to prioritise what really matters. This PA should be a proactive problem solver, seeing what is required and making it happen. They must be able to thrive in a fast-moving environment. This PA must be capable of prioritising ruthlessly, scheduling with precision, and protecting the founders’ time wisely.

Established admin and IT skills are essential, alongside discretion, professionalism and trustworthiness.

Salary: Up to £33k + annual bonus

Responsibilities
  • Complex diary & time management
