Personal Assistant to Build & Design / Property Broker
Competitive OTE £27,000 (including basic salary and attractive commissions based on successful deals and performance)

Our client is a dynamic independent property brokerage specialising in sales, lettings, valuations, and development projects across the UK (particularly North and West London) and Portugal. Led by an experienced broker, they blend creative design expertise with commercial strategy to deliver exceptional results for clients. They're seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support their growth and handle day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for all aspects of the brokerage, including managing listings, valuations, leads, clients, and deals.
- Organise and maintain the principal's diary, scheduling appointments, valuations, and meetings.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client communications professionally, routing enquiries as needed.
- Assist in negotiating offers, deals, and contracts to drive successful sales and lettings.
- Research and source new properties in the UK and Portugal, using portals like Rightmove, Zoopla, Lonres, and local networks.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) to promote listings, projects, and the Royal Estates brand, including content creation and performance tracking.
- Support marketing efforts, such as updating the website, tracking income/outgoings, and contributing to branding initiatives.
- Be available for occasional evening tasks, such as urgent client negotiations or event coordination.
- Maintain organised systems using tools like Google Drive, Slack, spreadsheets, and property portals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the property, real estate, or brokerage sector is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in social media marketing, content creation, and basic digital tools (e.g., Canva, Google Workspace).
- Knowledge of the UK and Portuguese property markets is a plus.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently while being a team player.
- Flexibility for some evening availability.
- Valid UK work authorisation required.
