Responsibilities

Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. You will be supporting people with support needs to achieve their goals and outcomes, which may include:

• Assisting with various aspects of personal care
• Moving and handling support
• Positive behavioural support
• Expanding social networks and connections
• Meal preparation and administering medication as required

Full training will be provided if moving and handling or other specific needs are involved. You will work with individuals who have varying needs and are looking for assistance with day-to-day tasks.
