Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Tomorrows Guides Ltd, Unit 1, Station Yard, Station Road

As our first Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll in‑house our performance marketing activity (Paid Search, Paid Social) from our digital agency and cost‑effectively drive growth in traffic to our websites, leveraging a large marketing budget.
This is a high‑impact role that requires deep knowledge of digital performance marketing, strong commercial acumen, a test‑and‑learn mindset, and a proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You’ll shape and scale digital marketing programmes that deliver material impact to our business.
