Job Description

Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Tomorrows Guides Ltd, Unit 1, Station Yard, Station Road

Join us as our Performance Marketing Manager

At Tomorrows Guides we’re building the UK’s #1 platform for finding care for a loved one. We help millions of families find the care they need, whether that be a Care Home or Home Care solution for an older relative or a Day Nursery for a child. Backed by leading investors General Atlantic, Silverlake and Insight Partners, we are on a mission to transform how families find care in the UK.

About The Role

As our first Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll in‑house our performance marketing activity (Paid Search, Paid Social) from our digital agency and cost‑effectively drive growth in traffic to our websites, leveraging a large marketing budget.

This is a high‑impact role that requires deep knowledge of digital performance marketing, strong commercial acumen, a test‑and‑learn mindset, and a proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You’ll shape and scale digital marketing programmes that deliver material impact to our business.

Here’s what you’ll actually do
  • Own the design and delivery of paid search and social marketing campaigns to drive growth in care seekers (B2C).
  • Efficiently scale our digital marketing activity by 4x over the next 2 years.
  • Own the strategy behind our digital marketing campaigns to acquire new care seekers, for each of our three brands.
  • Own the analysis and optimisation of campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement and a direct business impact.
  • Work confidently with data to identify opportunities and solve problems, translating metrics into actionable growth.
  • Keep up to date with developments in digital marketing, spotting opportunities for Tomorrows Guides to leverage.
You’ll Do Well If You Are
  • Experienced: 5+ years of experience in B2C performance/growth marketing.
  • Highly proficient in Google Ads & Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads Editor, Google Search Console, incrementality testing, A/B testing, leveraging first‑party data, Pmax and working with Google Reps.
  • Execution Focused: You will be hands‑on with campaign execution—this includes planning, creation and optimisation of performance campaigns.
  • Data‑Driven: Comfort working with data to solve problems and can translate complex metrics into clear strategies.
  • Self‑Starter: You have a "startup mindset" and are comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where you take ownership of your results. You have passion, energy and a desire to make an impact and to grow.
  • Collaborative: Ability to work collaboratively with at all levels within the marketing team and wider organisation.
It Would Be Helpful If You Also Have
  • Experience working within lead gen, or marketplace business, or have managed local campaigns at scale.
  • A good knowledge of SEO, so you can take a holistic approach to building paid search campaigns.
We believe great work deserves great rewards. Here’s just a taste
  • Competitive salary + bonus.
  • Meritocracy – we’re a small team with ambitious plans, we’re growing fast and so are our employees.
  • Flexible working. Hybrid is preferred.
  • 25 days holiday a year, in addition to public holidays.
How We’ll Get To Know Each Other
  • Screening call with one of our Talent Acquisition Partners.
  • 1st stage interview with our Chief Marketing Officer.
  • 2nd stage interview will be a case study with some of our stakeholders.

If you require any reasonable adjustments during our interview process, please discuss them with our HR team.
