Overview

We are offering an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to begin a career in performance analysis within sport and performing arts. As a Performance Insight Analyst (PIA), you will join a structured upto 30-month apprenticeship programme, combining Data Technician (Level 3) and Data Analyst (Level 4) qualifications, alongside sector-specific training tailored to sport and performance environments.

This is a development role, designed to provide you with the skills and experience to thrive as a performance analyst in the world of sport. You will learn how to collect, manage, analyse, and interpret data, using insights to enhance performance, wellbeing, and outcomes. As part of the role, you will also gain hands-on experience with an industry data platform, building practical skills that are highly valued across the sector.
