A leading financial services provider in the UK is seeking a Performance Coach to join their Risk Operations team. The role focuses on developing and implementing coaching strategies to improve employee performance and enhance customer service outcomes. Candidates should have proven experience in coaching within financial services, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. This permanent role offers a salary range of £26,400 - £39,600 and includes a hybrid work model with travel to office locations.

Risk Operations brings together operational areas who delightfully support customers in their moment of need. This could range from a bereavement in the family to customers in financial difficulty to fraudulent activity. The performance coach role is critical in supporting the FCT department by analysing trends, identifying opportunities and creating coaching methods to support, nurture and develop our people in delivering the right outcomes for our customers.
