Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations is essential.
  • Familiarity with employment legislation and its application in HR.
  • Ability to manage and analyze HR data effectively.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks with strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Update Force systems with HR data including officer moves and sickness records.
  • Provide comprehensive HR advice and escalate risks when needed.
  • Support line managers in managing attendance and capability.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new officers and staff.
  • Assist managers in meetings and case management reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and manage audits.
  • Support professional HR advice to staff and managers.
  • Assist with Health and Safety-related matters.
