Cluster People & Culture Coach, Part-Time | 32h/week | £30,000 pro rata

About the role:

As our People & Culture Coach, you’ll assist the People & Culture Manager in delivering exceptional employee experiences, from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and wellbeing initiatives across 3 sites. You’ll be a key ambassador for our culture, ensuring our team feels supported, recognized, and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with all People & Culture administration and HR processes
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including inductions where needed
• Maintain accurate employee records and starter/leaver information
• Support recruitment, engagement activities, and reward initiatives
• Collaborate with the People & Culture Manager on wellbeing, payroll, recognition, and award entries
• Champion Cycas Culture and support a positive work environment

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced HR or People & Culture role; relevant qualifications desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; naturally personable
• Excellent administrative and IT skills, including HR systems, Microsoft Office, Teams, and other digital platforms
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask
