People Advisor Manager | Fully Remote | Salary up to £50000

Cherry Professional are currently a People Advisor Manager. You will develop the team and operation to ensure that the service is efficient and effective in promoting a people culture that identifies risk to the business from an employment law and commercial perspective.

Responsibilities
  • Managing company restructures
  • Ensuring company restructures are managing compliantly
  • Managing redundancy processes
  • Ensure that process and corporate governance is in place and adhered to.
  • Support manage and maintain third party accounts/contracts which support team service delivery.
  • Develop, analyse and present Management Information to support drive continuous improvement across the function.
  • Advise managers on performance management, coaching, and disciplinary matters.

  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in setting clear performance goals and providing constructive feedback.
  • Monitor and report on performance trends to drive improvement initiatives.
  • Compliance and Policy
  • Ensure full compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
  • Stay informed on legal and regulatory developments impacting HR operations
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in a senior advisory role.
  • Previous experience of supervising more junior HR Advisors.
  • Previous experience of influencing managers via telephone and face to face.
  • Previous experience of managing or supporting business wide change.
  • Previous experience of working with trade unions.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or higher) is desirable
