Are you a passionate, energetic, and fully qualified PE Teacher looking to inspire the next generation of young athletes and promote lifelong healthy lifestyles?

Link3 Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a respected and inclusive secondary school in Solihull to recruit dedicated PE Teachers (both Male and Female) for a range of teaching opportunities – including supply work, short- and long-term contracts, and MAT cover.

The Role
  • Deliver high-quality Physical Education lessons across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities for KS5 (A-Level or BTEC Sport) depending on your experience
  • Teach a broad PE curriculum, including core PE, GCSE PE, and extra-curricular clubs
  • Support pupils of all abilities in developing physical skills, team spirit, personal fitness, and a love for sport
  • Organise and support inter-school competitions, fixtures, and school sporting events
  • Work collaboratively with the wider staff team to promote whole-school health and wellbeing initiatives
Requirements
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Essential
  • Specialism or degree in Physical Education or Sport Science
  • Experience teaching PE in UK secondary schools (KS3–KS4, ideally KS5)
  • Confident teaching a variety of activities (e.g., football, netball, athletics, fitness, swimming, rugby, gymnastics, dance)
  • Strong behaviour management and classroom leadership
  • Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and diversity in sport
  • Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal skills

  • Able to inspire all students to participate in physical activity, regardless of ability
