Overview

Job Advert – PE Teacher (Secondary) Full-time, Long-term Contract North London. Axcis Education is working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in North London seeking a dedicated PE Teacher to join their team. This is a full-time role to start as soon as possible, with potential to continue long-term.

Responsibilities

• Teach Physical Education across KS3 and KS4.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote health, fitness, and teamwork.
• Contribute to extra-curricular sporting activities and school events.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
• Inspire and motivate students of all abilities.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching PE at secondary school level.
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for sport and fitness.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
