We are currently recruiting for an exciting new role:
Payroll & HR Administrator for a London-based marketing agency (W1).
This is a hybrid position based in London, offering a salary of £28,000–£32,000 DOE.
The agency operates a flexible hybrid working pattern, with office-based days on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (9:30am–6pm), and working from home on Wednesday and Friday. In addition, employees receive 15 work-from-anywhere days per year, which can be used flexibly if needed.
Reporting to the Head of HR, the Payroll & HR Administrator will support smooth payroll and people operations in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The role involves managing the monthly UK payroll using People First by MHR, overseeing the HR inbox, and delivering core HR administration across the full employee lifecycle. You will be a key point of contact for employee queries and will be known for your speed, accuracy and customer-first approach.
The successful candidate will have experience in payroll and HR administration, strong attention to detail with a high level of discretion and the confidence to communicate effectively in a busy, fast-moving environment.
