Overview

I am working alongside a payroll bureau based in the Lancaster area who are looking to add a Payroll Admin to their growing team. They are expanding through a busy period amongst their clients and are seeking an experienced candidate in payroll to join their established team.

Responsibilities
  • Technical skills including systems & Excel; strong Excel skills are essential due to manual processing and a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Provide comprehensive advice to employees in relation to payroll queries.
  • Ensure all necessary payments are made within deadlines (e.g., Pension Contributions).
  • Process payroll end to end in a client-facing role.
  • BrightPay system experience would be ideal.

Normal working hours are 37.5 hours per week, 9:00am to 5:00pm with 1-hour unpaid break.
