We are looking for a Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our energetic and enthusiastic administration team. From ear, nose and throat treatments, to foot and ankle surgery, here at Practice Plus Group, the secondary care we provide is second to none. This is a full-time permanent position
Working Monday to Friday, fromeither 7:30-15:30 or 9.30am - 5.30pm
Some flexibility to cover sickness and annual leave
Our administration and customer service hubs are organised by specialties which include Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, ENT and Ophthalmology. Each team is responsible for all appointment bookings, from the first Outpatient visit, to surgery and post-operative reviews and includes liaison with referrers and external providers of diagnostic services. As an integral part of the hospital, you will have a high level of patient contact over the telephone and in reception areas. Our focus at all times is on ensuring that our patients receive high quality service and treatment quickly, in clean and comfortable surroundings.
