Overview

Renault Truck Commercials based in Power Way, Tipton is recruiting for a customer service driven Parts Delivery Driver who will provide a standard of service to customers that will promote the profitable sale of Parts and Accessories. We will consider two options - Full time or Part time with fixed hours as follows. Vehicle Parts/ Parts store experience will be preferred as this role will also require some additional routines of sorting and handling parts at the beginning of shift.

Responsibilities

• To maintain high levels of customer service, by responding promptly to customer queries
• Ensure correct orders are loaded for customer delivery
• Ensure awareness of reasoning behind any shortfalls on delivery and remedial actions proposed
• Assist in the pick and load of customer orders for delivery
• Deliver parts to customers within the geographical area on a timely basis
• Promote sales of parts at all times
• Support parts department as required during holiday, sickness and training periods

Qualifications and Requirements

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
• Experience of a customer service driven delivery role with excellent communication skills
• Experience within a Parts/Parts store position and stock control
• Fit and healthy to lift heavy parts following the manual handling guidelines
• Computer savvy to be able to work on in house systems and outlook emails
• Good organisational skills

Hours

Working Monday to Friday: Full time 45 hours, 06:30 to 16:00
