Description
Working in the Partner Services Team and at the heart of the team’s Commercial Department, the Partner Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of marketing and activation programmes to drive measurable success for a portfolio of our major global consumer brand & technical partners.
You will provide an exceptional level of client service, communication, marketing and activation expertise to help maximise our partners’ associations with Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow relationships across a portfolio of world-class consumer and technical partners.
  • Understand partner objectives and deliver creative, data-led activation campaigns that achieve measurable results.
  • Work closely with internal teams - including communications, digital, social, and content - to embed partner programmes across all channels.
  • Manage budgets, approvals, and post-campaign analysis with precision and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate global partnership activations at select Formula One races and events.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Significant experience in partnership marketing or account management within a rights holder, agency, or sports property.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver impactful activations across global sports partnerships.
  • Highly organised and adaptable, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
