About the role

This is an exciting time to join us, as Optoma Europe drives growth in the UK. This role is critical to driving development and growth within the UK region. You will work closely with the Regional Head to execute a channel-focused growth strategy, managing and strengthening our partner community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accelerate Partner Expansion : Build and grow the partner channel in the South by identifying and onboarding new partners, embedding the Optoma Partner Programme, and fostering loyalty within the existing network.
  • Deliver Predictable Growth Through Process Excellence : Embed robust CRM practices to maintain an accurate, transparent pipeline and work with the team to convert opportunities into revenue, achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Visual Solutions Expansion : Engage with exciting and potential partners to drive growth on the full products offering, including Projection, LED and Large Screen Displays and software platform.
  • Channel Enablement : Work collaboratively with distribution channel partners to optimise indirect partner engagement.
  • Brand Ambassador : Representing Optoma’s values and solutions to inspire trust, strengthen partnerships, and drive sustainable sales growth
  • Collaboration : Serve as a key team planner, partnering with the Regional Head to align strategies and coordinate resources, while collaborating across functions to foster open communication and deliver seamless execution of sales initiatives and shared goals
