Job summary

An educational organization is seeking a Program Instructor to support the delivery of education programs related to environmental conservation. The candidate will provide administrative aid and assist with project operations while being passionate about environmental education. Qualifications

  • Interest and background in Biology/Environmental Science/Science/Education/Social Science.
  • Experience in leading/assisting environmental education programmes is an advantage.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese.

Job description
Overview

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting Education Officer in delivering education programme. He/she will also support administrative work, operations and other ad-hoc assignments for the Project.

Responsibilities
  • Support Education Officer in delivering education programmes and related activities.
  • Provide administrative support, assist with project operations, and undertake ad-hoc tasks as required.
Work Arrangement
  • Candidates must be available to work full days on two of the following days: Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
  • Work Hours: 09:00 – 17:30.
Requirements
  • HKDSE/HKAL or above, with interest and background in Biology/Environmental Science/Science/Education/Social Science or related disciplines.
  • Experience in leading/assisting environmental or conservation-related education programmes is an advantage.
  • Patient, caring, responsible and customer-oriented with good planning and organizing, presentation and communication skills.
  • Willing to work outdoors and passionate about promoting environmental/conservation education.
  • Able to work on weekdays and weekends as operational needs dictate.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese (Chinese).
  • Prospective employees are requested to undergo/submit Sexual Conviction Record Check for this position.
