Main duties and responsibilities

• Support the Bromley Road service users to build a brighter future, while promoting teamwork within the multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct risk assessments and liaise with the GP service to support physical health and risk reduction strategies.
• Supervise junior staff and implement screening processes.
• Engage in a varied role with opportunities for career progression through training and development courses.

84-86 Bromley Road, Catford, London, SE6 2UR. Bromley Road is a rehabilitation service for women with enduring mental health issues, complex needs, and addiction problems. The team delivers positive support, risk reduction strategies, and social inclusion; discharge planning is encouraged at admission. Families and support networks are invited to be involved where appropriate.
